3rd Annual "SAVING MORE THAN JUST MONEY" Pet Adoption & Awareness Day
Saturday, Aug. 28th - 10:00-2:00
Several Animal Rescue Organizations and shelters will be on-site with animals available for adoption. Come meet the animals and learn more about adopting a pet.
If you aren't looking to add a pet to your family, we still encourage you to come and learn about the wonderful work the resuers do and how you can help educate others on the option of adopting.
Summer Blood Drive - During Pet Adoption & Awareness Day - Saturday, Aug. 28th - 10:00-2:00
Hearland Blood Center's Mobile Unit will be onsite during our Pet Adoption event to collect life saving blood donations. Consider being a donor and save the life of someone in our community. Please call for reservations - 815-462-4300. Walk-ins accepted.

2010 Relay for Life of New Lenox - July 16th - 17th
LincolnWay Community Bank participated in The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of New Lenox on July 16th & 17th at Lincoln-Way West High School. We surpassed our 2010 fundraising goal by raising $2,641.28 for The American Cancer Society.
We would like to thank everyone who supported our team through donations and participating in our Dinner for a Cure fundraiser events.

LincolnWay Community Bank offered our customers and community an opportunity to protect their identity and financial information by destroying documents that contain personal information at our free shred event. We would like to thank Shred-X for providing the shredding services for this event. T.
LincolnWay Community Bank sponsors LWHS Senior Honor Night Dinners
LincolnWay Community Bank sponsored Senior Honor Night Dinners at all three Lincoln-Way High Schools. During the evening schoarship and award recipients are recogninzed, including the recipient of the LincolnWay Community Bank Scholarship. We are proud to support the Lincoln-Way High School District and wish all of the 2010 graduates great success in their future endeavors.
Fire Engine Fun - Saturday May 8th - 10:00 am - Noon
The New Lenox Fire Protection District was at the bank to educate children on the importance of fire prevention. Kids got a hands on tour of the fire engine and its equipment. We would like to thank the New Lenox Fire Protection District, especially Firefighter Zack, for a fun filled afternoon!
Dinner For A Cure- Thursday, April 15th - 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
LincolnWay Community Bank's Relay for Life Team hosted their first Dinner For A Cure Buffet at Chicago Dough on April 15th. The special buffet included Gourmet Pizza, Salad Bar, Pasta, Bread & Soft Drink. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of New Lenox on July 16-17. Keep an eye out for additional upcoming fundraising events.
KEEP THE BEAT GOING - LWCB Blood Drive - April 3rd, 2010
LincolnWay Community Bank hosted a blood drive on Saturday, April 3rd. Heartland Blood Center was on-site to collect life saving blood donations. All blood donations from this event will go to one of our local hospitals and help save a life in our community.
Flu Shots & Lunch
The Will County Health Department was at the bank to administer flu vaccinations. The bank provided a hot lunch for everyone receiving their shot at the event. LincolnWay Community Bank would like to thank the immunization specialists and nurses from the Health Department for their service. We are looking forward to a "Flu-Free" season.
