LINCOLNWAY COMMUNITY BANK BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of LincolnWay Community Bank is all local businessmen with local ties. The entire group is dedicated to bringing old fashioned community banking back to the Lincolnway area.
Terrence Ruettiger (Chairman of the Board)
Terry is a lifelong resident of the area and currently serves as President of Ruettiger, Tonelli & Associates, Inc., an engineering and surveying company. He is involved in several local chambers of commerce and serves as a board member of local organizations including Joliet Area Community Hospice, Will County Center for Economic Development, Joliet City Center Development, Lewis University President's Advisory Board, University of St. Francis Business Advisory Board, Joliet Area Historical Museum and the Will-Grundy Industry Advancement Trust.
Stephen Weber
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, currently a partner in the firm of James E Hearns & Associates, LLC. Past elected Auditor for Will County. He is a graduate of Lewis University. Steve is very involved in the community and is treasurer and board member of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member of the local Exchange Club, several local conservation groups and the Professional organizations of AICPA, ILCPA, and Certified Fraud Examiners.
Andrew Dystrup
Andy is a local attorney and is president of the law firm of Dystrup, Hoster & Jarot, P.C. He is a member of the Joliet Breakfast Lions Club and a member of the Will County and Illinois State Bar Associations.
James Hearns
Jim has been a businessman in the New Lenox area for over 30 years. He owned and operated James Hearns & Associates, a local accounting firm and is registered with the SEC as an investment advisor. He is a member of the Independent Accountants of Illinois and is a trustee for the James Hearns Charitable Foundation.
Robert Biedron
Bob has 28 years of banking experience and last served as the Chief Operating Officer of Amerifed until its sale in 1995. His past activities have included Director of Institutional Advancement for Joliet Junior College, Executive Director for the Joliet Junior College Foundation, Chair of Provena Saint Joseph/Morris Health Network, Secretary of Franciscan Sisters Health Care Corporation, Vice Chair of Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center Divisional Board of Directors, Chair of Saint Joseph Medical Center Foundation, Joliet Rotary Board of Directors, Chair of Dislocated Worker Assistance Center Community Center Task Force and Chair of Commerce/Industry Division of the United Way of Will County Annual Campaign. Currently Bob is Vice Chair for the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation, Chairman of Provena Health Corporation, and past Chair for the Heritage YMCA Group.
Michael Flaherty
Mike is the President of Flaherty Builders, Inc. and Vice President of Flaherty Construction, Inc., a custom home builder in the Mokena area. He is a member of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association, the Illinois Home Builders Association, and the National Home Builders Association. Mike also serves as a director for the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Will County and the Good Neighbors of Mokena Foundation.
Ronald Pierson
Ron is president and owner of Norwalk Tank Co., a local manufacturing company that specializes in the manufacturing of pre-cast products. He is the past President and Executive Director of the Illinois Precast Association. Ron is also a Master Mason with the local Masonic Lodge.
Michael Strick
Mike is president of Carefree Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. a local provider of underground sprinkler systems. He is a member of several local chambers of commerce. Mike is also a member of several professional organizations including the National Irrigation Association, Plumbers Union Local 130, Illinois Turf Irrigation Association, Operators Union Local 150, American Backflow Prevention Association, South Suburban Home Builders Association and others.
Greg Steil
Greg is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for ATI Physical Therapy, a provider of outpatient physical therapy services throughout Illinois and the Milwaukee, Wisconsin areas since 1996. ATI's corporate offices are located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Greg has also established the ATI Foundation which helps offset the cost of medical care for children and families in need.
Keith Hearns
Keith currently serves as an accountant and financial consultant for James Hearns & Associates of which he is a 50% partner. He is a life long resident of New Lenox and has been active in local activities. Keith is a past trustee of the Village of New Lenox and is a member of the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Independent Accountant's Association of Illinois and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. He is also very active in local efforts to support habitat restoration and education.
Mark Stevens
Mark serves as President of LincolnWay Community Bank. He has over 37 years of banking experience. He has served on the board of the Will-Grundy Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center and has been active in the local chamber of commerce. Mark has been a member of the Joliet Rotary Club for 13 years and a past member of the Minooka Lions Club.
